It is early November and we have an unexpected Park Model trailer for sale. This was a special order that fell through. This unit was a complete gut re-hab. The following changes and updates have been done. The unit has a new roof and updated shingles, new gutters and several new windows. The unit was stripped down and re-done with new vinyl siding. On the inside it was gutted, new insulation, new drywall, ( 1/2 inch drywall, not the paper thin cardboard it came with.) It has new wireing, new plumbing, new hot water heater and fixtures, a whole new bathroom. The flooring has been done with single sheet plank vinyl. The whole unit is trimed with rough sawn cedar and looks terrific. This is an outstanding Park Model that anyone would be proud to own.
